What is WinningMind?

AI-powered mental performance coaching for athletes, grounded in sport psychology and the TAIS framework. Chat and voice sessions with a sport-specific coach, available whenever you need it.

What sports do you support?

Baseball, Soccer, and Golf — each with its own dedicated coach trained on the mental demands of that sport.

How do I sign up?

Visit baseball.winningmind.ai, soccer.winningmind.ai, or golf.winningmind.ai and create an account. You’ll pick a plan at signup.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes — you must be 13 or older to create an account. This is required by U.S. children’s privacy law (COPPA).

How much does it cost?

$20/month or $200/year per sport. The annual plan saves you $40.

How do I cancel?

From your account settings inside the app, open “Manage subscription” and click “Cancel.” You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds, but no additional charges either.

How do I update my payment method?

Same “Manage subscription” flow inside the app. It opens Stripe’s secure customer portal where you can update the card on file.

Do you offer refunds?

If something isn’t working, email us at info@winningmind.com and we’ll make it right. Refund decisions are handled case-by-case within 30 days of purchase.

What is the TAIS bundle?

A one-time package that combines the full TAIS assessment (a 60-minute questionnaire), a 45-minute 1-on-1 feedback session with a mental performance consultant, and one year of AI coaching. $600 for baseball or soccer, $900 for golf. See /tais-bundle for full details.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your conversations are used only to power your personalized coach — never sold and never used to train third-party models. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my account and my data?

Yes. Email info@winningmind.com from your account’s email address and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days, per GDPR and CCPA.

The chat isn’t loading.

First, refresh the page or sign out and back in. If it still won’t load, email info@winningmind.com with your account email and what you’re seeing — we’ll take a look.

I forgot my password.

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes, check spam or email us.

Can I use WinningMind on my phone?

Yes — WinningMind works in mobile Safari and Chrome. A native iOS/Android app is on the roadmap.

Voice mode isn’t working.

Voice mode needs microphone permission. On iPhone Safari, make sure Settings → Safari → Camera & Microphone is set to “Allow.” If it still isn’t working, email us the device and browser you’re using.
